Exercise Facilities, Club & Intramural Sports

Indoor running track, weight and training rooms, a 12-lane computerized bowling center, plenty of basketball courts, a six-court tennis stadium, two pools, a volleyball sandlot, and an outdoor soccer and football complex with PolyPro and Astroturf playing surfaces. Marquette facilities cover the gamut of competitive, recreational and fitness sports. So lace your shoes, adjust your goggles or flex your muscles — name your sport, we've got it covered.

Helfaer Recreation Center
Six indoor tennis courts; three racquetball courts; squash court; swimming pool; five basketball courts; four volleyball courts; three badminton courts; jogging lane; a fully equipped fitness/weight room, and outdoor sand volleyball courts.

 

The Rec Plex
Suspended jogging track; 25-yard lap swimming pool; two gyms; four racquetball courts; squash court, aerobics room; free-weight room; fitness center; yoga room; massage therapy; fitness assessment center saunas, steam rooms and whirlpools.

 

Valley Fields
Home to Marquette University's soccer and intramural sports teams. Students have access to this athletics complex that offers a 400-meter track, an Astroturf surface for football, soccer or lacrosse and a PolyPro field for intramural softball or touch football.
