Rhona Vogel Anne O’Brien is the senior associate vice president at Marquette University. Reporting to the senior vice president, she is responsible for assisting the senior vice president in the support functions of the university which includes Administration, Finance, General Counsel, Intercollegiate Athletics, Marketing and Communication, Public Affairs, Student Affairs and University Advancement.

O’Brien has been at Marquette for over 25 years joining the University in 1981 as the parking and traffic manager. She has held several positions since including, bursar, assistant vice president of administration, and assistant executive vice president.

She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Her husband, Peter is a Marquette alumnus. Their daughter Amy is currently a sophomore in the College of Business Administration, and their son Michael is a sophomore at Marquette University High School.
