Kristine A. Rappé Kristine A. Rappé was elected to the Marquette University Board of Trustees in 2005. She began her career at Wisconsin Electric in 1982, advancing through management and leadership roles in business development, marketing and operations. She was named vice president of customer services in 1994, vice president and corporate secretary of Wisconsin Energy Corporation in 2001 and senior vice president and chief administrative officer in 2004. She retired from Wisconsin Energy Corporation in 2013.

Ms. Rappé graduated from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in 1978 with a bachelor of arts degree in economics and urban planning. She has also attended executive programs at the Harvard Business School and the University of Michigan's School of Business Administration.

Ms. Rappé serves on the boards of Froedtert Memorial Lutheran Hospital, PAVE (Partners Advancing Values in Education), and is chair of the board of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee. She has also served on the boards of Catholic Memorial High School, Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin, the United Performing Arts Fund (co-chair of the 2006 campaign), State Financial Services Corporation, State Financial Bank, St. Elizabeth Hospital of Appleton, Betty Brinn Children's Museum, Milwaukee Repertory Theater and Skylight Opera Theatre. Ms. Rappé is a member of the Greater Milwaukee Committee and Professional Dimensions (past president).

She received the Sacagawea Award from Professional Dimensions, the YMCA Woman of Distinction Award and the Tempo Mentor Award. She is a member of the Marquette University President's Society.
