Marquette offers a number of opportunities to learn about study abroad options. From the study abroad fair each semester to the general information sessions, we are here to help you at every step.

Marquette's study abroad fair will highlight all of the study abroad options available to Marquette students.

Pre-Advising Sessions

Pre-advising sessions for study abroad are designed for students who are at the very beginning stages of the study abroad process. Topics covered include: types of study abroad programs, choosing a program, academics and scheduling, procedures, and financial aid.

Sessions are held once a week in the OIE Program Center (Alumni Memorial Union, 407):

Friday at 2:30-3:30pm

Sessions are hosted by the Office of International Education and are open to all Marquette students. No registration is necessary, but you can call (414) 288-7289 if you would like to sign up in advance for a session.

Peer Advising Sessions

Peer advising offers a chance for prospective study abroad students to drop in to the OIE Program Center (AMU 407) and ask basic questions as well as get oriented about where to find information on their programs and procedures.
