It's a rite of spring. For several years, Marquette alumni have offered their words of wisdom to graduating seniors. The challenge: do it in 13 words or less for the Class of 2013.

The Board of Trustees endorsed the Marquette University strategic plan, Beyond Boundaries: Setting the Course for Marquette’s Future, on May 1, following a campus-wide, 18-month planning effort. University President Scott R. Pilarz, S.J., thanked "everyone who contributed their time, talents, energy and input to ensure the plan reflects our collective hopes and dreams for Marquette." McKenna CenterDuring spring break, junior Jessie Bazan spent the week at the Father McKenna Center in Washington D.C., a daytime drop-in center serving some of the city's homeless men. She shares how the undying spirit of 62-year-old " Mr. Q" made a lasting impact on her life.
