Join the fight to end hunger this November
With over 35 million people in the United States affected by hunger, you can join the fight to stop hunger in the Milwaukee area by supporting Sodexo Dining Services Helping Hands Across America campaign. This annual event gathers donations of non-perishable foods and canned goods for the Marquette University Campus Kitchens chapter to feed our local community.
Marquette students and staff support this campaign in two ways:
- Donate any amount of money to receive a Helping Hand now through Friday, November 12 at either the Brew Bayou, Marquette Place, Natural Market, the Lunda Room, Tory Hill Cafe, the Annex or any of the five resident dining locations to be put on display recognizing your effort in the fight against hunger. (All money raised will be used to purchase food.)
- Donate non-perishable food and canned goods at bins located in the Brew Bayou, Marquette Place, Natural Market, the Lunda Room, Tory Hill Cafe and all five resident dining location Monday, November 8 to Friday, November 12
