Enjoy inspired Cinco de Mayo fare in the Lunda Room Monday, April 30 to Thursday, May 3. The special Cinco de Mayo influenced menu items will include:

• Carne Asada - Sauteed Flank Steak with Poblano Chiles and Green Onion on Grilled Flour Tortillas topped with Salsa and Avocado. Served with Cilantro Rice and Refried Beans.
• Pork Quesadilla - Chipotle Braised Pulled Pork topped with Black Beans, Corn, Pico de Gallo and Pepper Jack Cheese.
• Classic Flan - The traditional Latin dessert served with fresh berries.
