Signature items plus new ethnic fare to add to your favorites
The Lunda Room (AMU 2nd floor) introduced their new fall menu on Monday, August 30. The Lunda Room now features a blend of exciting new flavors and classic signature items sure to please any palate. Highlights include:
- Seafood Louie - Surimi Crab, Shrimp, Hard Boiled Egg & Avocado tossed in a Homemade Louie Dressing.
- Black And Blue Mac - Cavatapi Pasta blended with Mushrooms & Bleu Cheese
- Vietnamese Pork 'Banh Mi' Sandwich - Thin-Sliced Pork and Marinated Asian Vegetables served on a Toasted Sub Roll.
- Mini Pretzel Sliders - Smoked Turkey, Provolone, Tomato, Mixed Greens & Dried Cherry Mayo served with Fresh Spinach lightly tossed in a Citrus Vinaigrette
