The Lunda Room introduces new heritage and menu items this month
The Lunda Room (AMU 2nd floor) has rolled out a new and exciting menu for the month of November that includes Native American Indian heritage items along with new seasonal entrees. Highlights from the November menu include:
- Turkey Chili - A hearty blend of corn, tomatoes, black beans, green chilies and spices served with rice
- Algonquin Wild Green Salad (Heritage Item) - Fresh mixed greens tossed in a maple syrup cider vinaigrette blended with asparagus, leeks and mushrooms served with a cranberry fritter
- Cherokee Chicken with Hoppin' John (Heritage Item)- Seasoned grilled chicken on a bed of sauteed peppers, corn, tomatoes, sausage, black eyed peas and rice
- Homemade Lemon Gewurztraminer Sorbet - A light and refreshing lunch time dessert
