Flavors that accentuate the summer now in the Lunda Room
Nothing says summer like meals from the grill. The Lunda Room will be showcasing many grill options on their menu along with other seasonal favorites all summer long over the lunch hour. Highlights include:
- Caribbean Summer Salad - Mixed greens tossed with honey yogurt dressing topped with mangoes, roasted vegetables and chick peas served with grilled banana bread
- Summer Grilled Salmon - Grilled salmon fillet served with wilted spinach and herb steamed potatoes
- Specialty Blend Lemonades - Classic lemonade with your choice of Blueberry, Cherry, Peach or Raspberry flavor accents
- Strawberry Shortcake - One of America's favorite summer desserts
