Dr. Webster is an Associate Professor in the Department of Management at Marquette University. Her research interests center on occupational health psychology with an emphasis on gender, diversity, and underrepresented groups. She has published several book chapters and peer-reviewed articles in journals such as the Journal of Vocational Behavior, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Psychology of Women Quarterly, and Human Resource Management. She has also served as a consultant to a number of organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies such as Dow Corning to not-for-profit organizations such as the YMCA. Dr. Webster received a Ph.D. from Central Michigan University in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and holds a B.A. from Bowling Green State University in Psychology.
