The Broadcast & Electronic Communication department at Marquette University
invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor position in the
J. William & Mary Diederich College of Communication beginning fall 2009.

The department emphasizes three areas of instruction:

• news
• entertainment
• media studies

The successful applicant will teach and conduct research within a college that is encouraging converged applications of media.The successful applicant will conduct research as well as teach courses relating to some aspects of production and media studies.
