ED/Body Image Group Information

Facilitators: Lisa Hillary (Licensed Social Worker) and Elizabeth Schwartz (Licensed Counselor)

Type of Group: Open (meaning you can start whenever you want)

Request: Please attend at least three meeting before you decide to leave the group. It is not uncommon for people to need a session or tow to get used to how things work.

Mindfulness training and stress reduction group

 

Mindfulness training is gaining wide support from the health and wellness research communities for its success in helping people reduce their experience of stress and increase their focus and productivity. Come join us for a drop-in skills-building group designed to help you reduce your stress, increase your focus and improve your general well-being.

Co-ed Interpersonal Process Group: Tuesdays 11am - 12:30pm

Facilitated by Andrew Stochel PhD and Leslie Skaistis PsyD

College is a time to learn about ourselves and how we inteact with others in our lives. Perhaps you experience some of the following:

We all have patterns of how we relate to others; some patterns work well for us and some do not. This group will provide you with a safe and confidential space to learn about how you interact with others and to try new ways of behaving.

Coping with Anxiety Group: Mondays 3-4:15pm

Facilitated by Angela Zapata, MEd

If you answered yes to any of these questions and would like to connect with others who experience similar challenges and learn techniques for managing your anciety, all in the safety of a confidential setting, you might consider joining this group.
