The center works in court-connected mediation, health care, family, public policy consensus-building, education and cultural competency and is always open to new areas.

  •  Who does the training and research sponsored by the center?

Generally, faculty and students in the graduate program in dispute Resolution partner with public, private and nonprofit organizations to do training and research.

  •  How are these training and research projects funded?

Generally, the projects are funded through federal, state and local grants.  In some cases, private foundations have funded the center’s work.
