The Future Milwaukee Leadership Training Program consists of an eight-month course that meets at different locations around the city and features speakers and leaders from the Milwaukee community who will share their experience and expertise. The program focuses on developing individual leadership competencies through both a curriculum and real world application inside and outside of the workplace. The organization’s impact can be seen in the work of more than 1,200 graduates of the program, who now serve in leadership roles in non-profit voluntarism, non-profit management, government, and grass roots voluntarism.
