Courtney Hanson, Interim Director

B.A. Psychology, Marquette University

Professional Experience
Prior to starting her Master of Education degree, Courtney worked professionally as a physical therapist and in management at a Fortune 500 Company. While working toward her M.Ed. she was involved in academic advising and career services experiences and, upon completion of her graduate education, joined the Career Services Center at Marquette University. Courtney is excited to encourage students to actively participate in the career decision-making process and believes in providing students with the tools necessary for successful navigation of their career throughout their life.

Jeremy Eudaly, Senior Career Counselor

Professional Experience
Jeremy has been a higher education professional since 2004 with experience in career services, academic advising, and mental health. Prior to his career in higher education, Jeremy worked as a jazz musician in the Milwaukee area and held a variety of positions in local non-profit arts organizations. Jeremy’s passion is to guide students through all stages of the career development process to help them pursue meaningful careers.

Maria Mostek, Career Counselor

Professional Experience
Maria Mostek began her student affairs career in 2012 after finishing her Master’s in Counseling with a concentration in college student development at DePaul University in Chicago. She has experience in academic advising and career counseling from UW-Madison and DePaul University, respectively. Maria is naturally inclined to observe the unique qualities of each individual she meets. She aims to utilize this strength to positively impact the student as a whole person and specifically surrounding their career development. Maria is motivated to take on challenging tasks and continue to enhance the Marquette student experience as a member of the Marquette University Career Services Center.

Charonda Oliphant

Charonda Oliphant, Career Counselor

M.Ed. Educational Policy and Leadership, Marquette University

Professional Experience
While pursuing her M.Ed. in Educational Policy and Leadership (College Student Personnel Administration), Charonda volunteered in the Career Services Center at Marquette University for her practicum experience. Meeting with students sparked her interest even more than expected and solidified her passion for working with students in the career development aspect. A few months after completing her graduate education, Charonda joined the CSC team as a Career Counselor. Charonda is now aids students in the career development process, while still staying involved in a positive manner within the community at large. Making a living, while making a difference has been a true dream for Charonda.

Liz Baird, Coordinator, Employer Relations

B.A. Communication Studies, Marquette University

Professional Experience
Over the past ten years Liz has served in a tremendously diverse range of roles, most of which have involved working with people; it’s through these experiences that she learned her love for helping others. As a proud Marquette College of Communication alum, Liz is passionate about building relationships through positive and effective communication. Prior to joining the MUCSC team, she worked in the Office of International Education at Marquette and the YMCA. Liz believes that creating strong relationships are key to success and is excited to have an active role in facilitating connections through her work with the Employer Relations team.

Trained graduate students pursuing careers in counseling and higher education administration are available to counsel students and presents workshops and classroom presentations on career-related topics.

Student Staff

Staff serves as front line for students seeking resume and career services assistance, assists in carrying-out administrative projects such as career fairs, web page, and on campus recruiting.
