Post full-time jobs and internships
Employers are invited to post full-time jobs and internships free of charge provided they meet the following basic criteria:

1. The organization must have actual or anticipated bona fide, career-related full-time, internship or co-op opportunities for our students and alumni.
2. The organization must accurately describe the responsibilities and requirements for the opportunities it offers in all publicity, including online job postings and information sessions.
3. All conditions for advertised positions must be clearly publicized in the position description. This includes, but is not limited to, positions that are commission based, involve out-of-pocket financial expenses, test taking, etc.
4. Employer organizations are expected to be familiar with and to honor the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) Principles for Professional Conduct for Career Services and Employment Professionals revised in January 2012. Schedule On-Campus Interviews
Reserve your On-Campus Interview Date by contacting Sharon Hansen, Employer Relations and Events Coordinator, sharon.hansen@marquette.edu | (414) 288-5735

1. Professional interview suites
2. Reservations should be made at least four weeks in advance
3. Interview schedules are facilitated through our online career management system, MU Career Manager
4. Interviews will only be scheduled when classes are in session
5. Fall Recruiting season is October through November
6. Spring Recruiting season is February through April
7. Schedule your visit around these important academic dates

   First Day of Fall Semester: August 26	First Day of Spring Semester: January 13
   Labor Day (no classes): September 2	Midterm Exams: March 3-7
   Midterm Exams: October 10 - 16	Spring Break: March 9 - 16
   Fall Break: October 17 - 20	Easter Holiday: April 17 - 21

Our resume referral program is limited to our employer partners who have recruited on campus for at least one academic school year and who are willing to disclose all relevant information related to the job opening(s). If an employer is hiring for a position that offers more than 50% commission as compensation, it will be excluded from our resume referral program.
