The Brew City HDI Tech Fair is a full day of instructional sessions plus a vendor showcase focused on the needs of today’s technology, call center, support, and service desk professionals. There will be mini-seminars on a variety of tools and techniques, product demonstrations and a complete vendor showcase of the latest software, hardware, and service offerings relating to the call center, help desk and technical support industry.
