Provides vocational, education, career and employment assistance for women and men in transition.

Choices and Changes program provides assistance to displaced homemakers and single parents returning to the job market.  Individual must have been unemployed or underemployed for at least three years.  Women Accessing Technology program serves women by exposure to career information through workshops and panel discussions.  (No Fees)
