Using the Locker ![]()
Use the Locker to upload and store personal files. All files that are stored in the Locker are confidential and can only be accessed by you unless you choose to make them public in which case they can be viewed by other course users. This tool is especially useful if you work on multiple workstations, as you can store and access information from a central and stable location.
Different file types stored in the locker are identified by the graphic beside each file name.
1. Click on the Locker link.
2. To add a new file to your Locker, click UPLOAD FILES.
3. Browse and locate the file you want to upload. Click OPEN.
4. If you would like other users to view your file, check the Public box.
5. Enter a brief description (if you wish) of the file.
6. Click ADD to add another file. To complete your addition click UPLOAD.
7. The My Locker page will open. Click UPLOAD FILES to continue adding files.

To download a file that you have uploaded, right-click (control-click) on the name, and select Save Target As…
Sharing or Hiding a File from Users
A green checkmark under the Public? column beside a file name means that you designated it as accessible to other users. To switch the public designation, select EDIT in the row of the file you want to share or hide and remove the check mark beside Public.
To view a file that you have uploaded, click on the file name.
