School of Dentistry Building for the Future Expansion Project

School of Dentistry:Building for the future:Matching gift opportunities

Buying power impact

The Marquette University School of Dentistry requested and received confirmation of $8 million in matching funds from the state of Wisconsin. To receive those dollars, Marquette must raise an additional $8 million through the Building for the Future capital campaign to fully fund the $16 million project. This, in essence, makes every dollar you give worth twice that to the project.

In addition, through the generosity of several generous benefactors, we kicked off the public phase of our effort in 2011 with two additional matching challenges. Thanks to the generosity of our alumni and friends, we successfully met those challenges and truly got a great start on our efforts.

We encourage you today to help us meet our current challenge from the state and make a contribution today. You really can Be The Difference for the dental school.

Opportunities for recognition of benefactors, based on designated giving levels, will be available.
