Please note that we are not a free clinic nor do we use a sliding-fee scale. While our fees are approximately one third to one half those of a private dental office, there is a fee associated with our services. Fees will not be quoted over the phone.
All fees must be paid in full when each stage of treatment is completed. We accept cash, checks, Master Card, Visa and Discover Card for payment. We do not accept Care Credit.
If you have private dental insurance please give your insurance information to the registration staff before your appointment.
When your treatment is complete and paid in full, you must notify Patient Financial Services and we will submit claims for you, instructing your insurance carrier to reimburse you.
We are not a GAMP provider.
