Backout Before Blackout

This campaign is a funded by the NCAA CHOICES grant in partnerships with the Marquette Offices of Student Development and Intercollegiate Athletics.

The campaign will begin in earnest during the 2011-2012 academic year with a combination of social media messaging, Marquette Tribune print advertisements, videos played during various sporting events and special events to promote responsible behaviors. The goal of the campaign is to raise awareness of healthier drinking habits and educate students on the effects of high-risk drinking.

If you want to learn more, please join the conversation (#MUBackOut) on Twitter to see about ways to be involved with upcoming events and promotions. You can also take the Golden EAGLE Pledge to show that you are willing to Back Out Before Blackout

As we all chant, “We Are Marquette,” we are now asking you to think about who are you?
