Transforming Education: Impact on Milwaukee and You

6:30 - 8:00 p.m.
Alverno College, Wehr Hall
This session, bringing together educators and community members, will explore proposals to change education to meet the needs of Milwaukee's children and young adults.
- What will it take to develop the whole person for a life in an increasingly complex world?
- To foster creativity, collaboration, critical thinking, adaptability, and resilience in our children?
- To develop skills to enable economic self-sufficiency?
- To nurture ethical citizens and leaders who will preserve our democratic values?
- How will we get there in an increasingly challenging economic environment?
Parking is available near Christopher Hall, at 42nd and Morgan and in the parking structure off of 43rd St, midway between Euclid and Morgan.
