Making the Transition from High School to College: A Message for Parents

Even for the most well qualified students, university level academic challenges can exceed expectations. This workshop, presented by Karen Desotelle, Academic Services Director, at our 2013 Scholarship Competition and Open House, walks parents through the fundamental differences between high school and college learning. Also included is information on how services at Marquette offer students opportunities for honing learning strategies that lead to academic success in college.
