Director of Academic Advising

Brigid is an alumnus of Marquette’s Opus College of Engineering, majoring in biomedical engineering. She spent 15 years working as an engineer and a manager at St. Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee before returning to Marquette in 2000 to become the Assistant Chair of the biomedical engineering department. In 2013, Brigid became the Director of Academic Advising for the Opus College of Engineering’s newly established Academic Advising Center (AAC). The mission of the AAC is to provide students with guidance to realize their academic goals, giving students consistent and timely information while encouraging resourcefulness and accountability for their personal and intellectual growth.
