- Dynamics/control system design: mechatronic systems, including modeling, measurement, control and design. Optimal control strategies. Trajectory planning of robots.
- Biomechanics: human/machine interaction. Human arm motions. Bipedal locomotion dynamics and control. Arterial catheter design.
- Vehicle systems: rail vehicle dynamics. Maglev vehicle control. Modeling, control and performance simulation of vehicles. Dynamics of vehicles and vehicle/guideway interactions.
