Upward Bound and Upward Bound Math & Science

The pre-college division is looking for 8th (for Upward Bound) and 9th (for Upward Bound Math & Science) graders in Milwaukee who have a sincere and dedicated interest in attending and graduating from a four-year university or college.  If this is you, please review the below application materials and qualifications. 

Application

Do you qualify?

Applicants must be:

  • Low income as defined by the U.S. Government and/or
  • A first-generation college bound student
  • A resident of the following zip codes 53204, -05, -06, -08, -09, -10, -12, -15, -16, -18, and 53233 or attend one of the program’s target schools.

If you qualify, please complete and submit the 1) General Application, 2) Consent and Release form, and the 3) Teacher / Counselor evaluation form. Use the application checklist to make sure your submission is complete.

An application can be completed, either completed on your computer and printed, or printed and filled in by hand. Adobe Acrobat reader (downloaded here) is required to open and view the application materials.
