Several untenured faculty have expressed interest in working with each other in small groups to encourage and improve one another’s scholarly work and to generate cross-disciplinary networks and ideas.
At least one reading group has been initiated on campus. This group meets at least monthly to review and discuss members’ works in progress. Such work could include potential peer-reviewed journal articles, book prospectuses, and/or grant proposals. It is intended to be informal and non-competitive.
