Managing Director of Regional Development, Chicago
This position will develop and implement fundraising strategies in the Chicago and metro area that will be donor centric, entrepreneurial and accountable for gift production to University priorities. In addition to maintaining a personal portfolio of prospects and donors, the position will manage and direct regional fundraisers focused in that region. The position will also coordinate and integrate the fundraising and engagement activities in the region for all of University Advancement.
QUALIFICATIONS: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college and/or university is required, along with 5-7 years of strong development, fundraising and management experience necessary. Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as superior interpersonal and organizational skills are essential. Commitment to Marquette's character as an urban institution, its goals, mission and Jesuit Catholic tradition is needed.
