Chair - Kelsey Otero
Kelsey is a Milwaukee native, happy to be back in the Midwest. She is currently a student in the Graduate School of Management focusing on a concentration in Marketing. Before starting at Marquette University, Kelsey lived in Dallas, TX and worked in Olympic Marketing for three years. She is a 2009 graduate of the University of Notre Dame where she was also a coxswain on the women’s rowing team.
Vice-Chair - Joe Packhem
Joe recently graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. He is working towards a graduate degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structural Engineering. In addition to serving on the GSO, Joe is active in the community, volunteering for three organizations: House the World, Inc., Student Platform for Engineering Education Development (SPEED), and the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). He enjoys playing Ultimate Frisbee in his spare time.
Coordinator - Kara Pierce
Originally from the Chicagoland area, Kara received her Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Kentucky in 2009. She has since worked in online marketing in Chicago and is now attending Marquette to earn a M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Outside of her program and the GSO, Kara lives a vegetarian lifestyle and is involved as a volunteer in animal welfare.
