Rev. Thaddeus J. Burch ScholarshipAfter joining the Society of Jesus (Jesuit), Father Thaddeus Burch earned several degrees, including a doctorate from Fordham University.  He served on the faculties of Saint Joseph’s College, Fordham University and the University of Connecticut, Storrs, before joining Marquette University.  At Marquette, he served as professor and chair in the Department of Physics, Acting Vice Provost of Research, Dean of the Graduate School, and Director of Special Projects.

In his long service to Marquette, Father Burch has been a tireless champion of graduate education. The Burch Scholarship commemorates this commitment.

About the Burch Scholarship

Provides merit- and need-based scholarships for students in all graduate programs.

Amounts: Amounts vary depending upon fund availability.
