Graduate students may take out books from Marquette’s libraries for an entire semester and may reserve study carrels. Teaching assistants may use the library’s reserve desk services. Research assistants, with proper authorization, may take out books and take out interlibrary loans for their research professors.
Assistants receive 20% discounts on non-sale items (excluding magazines and diploma frames) purchased from the Spirit Shop in the Alumni Memorial Union.

Assistants receive 10% discounts on regular purchases and 30% discounts on catalogs from past exhibitions from the Haggerty Museum of Art gift shop.
The Division of Public Safety’s Local Intercampus Mobile Operation provides transportation in the evenings on campus and in the near-off-campus areas. The free service is available to students with a valid Marquette ID. L.I.M.O. vans operate from 5 p.m.-3 a.m. seven days a week.
