Amounts: Full tuition plus an annual stipend of up to $21,000 depending on need.
Eligible Programs: Ph.D. programs in engineering or chemistry
Requirements and Restrictions: Students must be admitted to degree programs by the date of the application deadline, and be registered full-time during their award terms.
