The Pre-enrollment Support Program for physical therapy is a six-week summer experience for college juniors or seniors who have been accepted into Marquette's doctor of physical therapy degree program. Students take courses in gross anatomy, kinesiology and physiology.

This application is for all programs: dental, physical therapy, clinical laboratory science, physician assistant studies and speech pathology. You must also send three completed appraisal forms. At least two must come from science or math professors. Please mail everything together in one envelope.
