Opportunities for Disadvantaged Students
Marquette University offers disadvantaged college students two opportunities to become better prepared for professional school.
College Science Enrichment Program
The College Science Enrichment Program is for rising college sophomores, juniors or seniors. CSEP students interact with health practitioners and peer students who provide mentoring and academic support. Emphasis is placed on developing strong academic skills in preparation for professional programs.
Pre-enrollment Support Program
The Pre-enrollment Support Program is a six-week summer experience that helps college students transition from pre-professional or undergraduate studies to Marquette's professional programs in dentistry, physical therapy, physician assistant studies, and speech pathology and audiology. To participate, PESP students must apply for admission to one of these professional programs.
