Jack C. Brooks Award for Excellence in Service

As a tribute to the Marquette University College of Health Sciences’ Founding Dean, Dr. Jack C. Brooks, an Excellence in Service Award has been established to recognize individuals for their contributions to the essential work of the college at the highest level of excellence. Candidates should be nominated based on meritorious service that is above and beyond the duties normally assigned to their positions.

Nominees should demonstrate and support the Ignatian ideal of care for others, as well as carrying out the mission of the college and the university on an ongoing basis. Candidates must have a minimum of five years of consecutive full-time service to the college. All College of Health Sciences full-time non-faculty employees are eligible for this award. All College full-time faculty and non-faculty employees are encouraged to submit a nomination form. The award recipient receives an award of $500 and will be recognized at the College’s Fall Convocation.
