10/1/13: On-line scheduling for on-campus biometric screenings begin

Week of 10/07/13: 2014 annual enrollment packets will begin arriving at all benefit eligible employee’s homes.

10/28/13: The benefits annual enrollment period will begin Monday, Oct. 28, and run through midnight Friday, Nov. 15.

10/29/13: Benefit Information and Wellness Day in AMU Ballroom from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

10/31/13: Employee Benefit Assistant Day 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. AMU 252

11/06/13: Employee Benefit Assistant Day 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. AMU 252

11/14/13: Employee Benefit Assistant Day 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. AMU 252

11/15/13: Benefit Annual Enrollment Period Ends

11/22/13: Last day for biometric screening with your primary care provider

11/23/13: Last day for free on-campus biometric screening

11/25/13: Last day to complete the online questionnaire and/or fax your biometric screening results (if using the primary care provider form) to Aurora
