Dental Insurance
Our dental benefit plan provides a comprehensive program to ensure your dental health. You may visit any of the three options below. You do not need to go to the same in-network dentist every time you might need a dental service.

- Marquette University Dental School (deductible waived),
- Marquette University Faculty Practice (deductible waived), or
- Delta Dental Premier or PPO dentist (national network)

Eligibility
All regular, full-time employees (those who work a minimum of 37.5 hours per week on a nine-twelve month annual basis) and full-time temporary employees (who have at least a one year appointment) are eligible. Full-time employees are automically enrolled in Basic Life Insurance. Regular part-time employees can enroll, but must pay the full premium on a payroll deduction basis.
Enrollment
- New employees must enroll within their first 30 days of employment
- Current employees, with no qualifying life event, during annual enrollment
- A qualifying life event such as birth of a child, marriage, divorce, or involuntary loss of coverage.
