Complete and updated information about the 2017 Health Risk Assessment Process will be available on October 24, 2016.
To maintain a lifetime of better health, it is important for you to identify your individual risk factors and try to modify your lifestyle as appropriate. By completing a Health Risk Assessment (HRA), you will also receive the 2017 incentive.
Marquette University has partnered with Aurora Health Care to oversee the HRA process, including conducting the on-campus biometric screenings and providing educational resources to those individuals whose situation may be in need of medical support. We encourage all employees and spouses to direct questions to Aurora or their primary care provider about their biometric results.
While the process remains the same, Marquette is changing the HRA incentive amount and method for 2017. Instead of a monthly premium discount, HRA participants enrolling in the EPO plan will receive a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) contribution of $125 for Single coverage or $250 for non-Single (Employee +1 or Family) coverage. HRA participants enrolling in the PPO or HDHP plan will receive a HSA contribution of $250 for Single coverge or $500 for non-Single coverage. Please note that covered spouses must also complete the HRA process (in addition to the employee) in order for the employee to receive the incentive.
The university's annual enrollment period for 2017 benefit elections will be held from October 24, 2016 through November 11, 2016. The HRA is a two step process. Both steps of the HRA must be completed to be considered for the 2017 incentive.
