Microsoft's Windows Live OneCare site can help clean your computer if it is virus infected.
1. Launch Internet Explorer and visit http://safety.live.com
2. Click Full Service Scan.
3. Accept the Service Agreement.
4. Click Install Now to install the OneCare scanner. Be sure to disable all popup blockers. Vista users will be prompted to Launch Full Scan for Vista.
5. Click the information bar and pick Install ActiveX Control. When prompted to install the scanner, select Install.
6. Upon successful installation, click Launch Scanner.
7. If necessary, click the information bar again and select Run ActiveX Control.
8. Choose Complete Scan and click Next.
9. Once the scan has completed, click Clean Now.
