Marquette University has a standardized Computer Replacement Program for desktop and laptop computing needs. The main objectives for this program include:

  • Standardization of desktop/laptop units
  • Effective life cycle management
  • Reducing the total cost of ownership for professional computing technology on campus

CRP Guideline

This annual program is meant to benefit Marquette University faculty and staff by replacing one quarter of Marquette University purchased, owned and operated personal computers on campus. All full-time faculty and staff are eligible to have one university owned personal computer replaced by the program.

Grant purchased and supported computers are not eligible for replacement by this program. Additional personal computers purchased by the university for use in departments will be reviewed independently by the Chief Information Officer and may or may not be included in the program depending on their purpose and use.

If you have any questions or comments regarding the Computer Replacement Program, please contact the IT Services Help Desk at (414) 288-7799.
