Printing with some versions of Adobe Reader is a problem with the latest PrintWise drivers.

Note: Following directions below will turn off an Adobe security feature. Learn more about this security feature at the Adobe web site.

Follow the steps below to enable printing.

Open the PDF in Adobe Reader.
Click Edit > Preferences.
Click General and uncheck Enable Protected Mode at startup.
Click Yes when asked if you are sure you want to continue.
Click OK.
Close Adobe Reader.
Open Adobe Reader again and you will now be able to print a PDF using the PrintWise driver.
After printing, it is recommended that you enable Protected Mode again:
- Click Edit > Preferences.
- Click General and check Enable Protected Mode at startup.
- Click Yes when asked if you are sure you want to continue.
- Click OK.
