Marquette University's discount and billing program for cable TV and Internet services is being phased out by Charter Communications. The program will end on December 31, 2016. Charter merged with Time Warner Cable in May 2016. The newly merged company, rebranded as Spectrum, will be contacting students, faculty and staff to outline your options for continuing service directly through Spectrum, if you choose to do so.

Once the program ends, Marquette will no longer be able to charge student accounts or use payroll deductions to pay for cable or Internet services. The last student charges have been applied and will cover service costs from August through December, and payroll deductions will end as the program stops in December 2016. At this time, Marquette cannot add anyone to the program so all new inquiries must be made directly with Spectrum.
