IT Services will update Lync phones starting this Saturday evening, March 8, 2014. Within 24 hours and when the phone is idle the phone will reboot to install this update.
If there are any issues with your phone on Monday morning unplug the network cable from the back of the phone and then plug it back in to reboot the phone or contact the Help Desk for assistance.
