Starting Saturday August 19th at 10:00pm IT Services will be installing the latest updates to the many of the university's phones. If your phone requires an update, it will reboot itself within 24 hours, and when the phone is idle, to install the update.

If there are any issues with your phone on Monday morning, unplug the network cable from the back of the phone and then plug it back in to reboot the phone or contact the Help Desk for assistance.
