The Digital Projects Graduate Assistant will assist the Digital Projects Librarian with tasks associated with Marquette's institutional repository, e-Publications@Marquette, including creating descriptive records, reformatting documents, and other tasks as assigned. Attention to detail is required. On the job training is provided. 10-20 hours/week
Note: Digital Programs is looking for a graduate student to work on a project during the Spring, 2014 semester. The student will work with the university's archival records to track department name changes throughout Marquette's history. The work will take place in the Raynor Library's Special Collections and University Archives Department and will report to the Coordinator of Digital Programs.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail are required. On the job training is provided. Preferred qualifications include: experience with MS Office and basic research techniques (catalog searching, citing sources).
