Responsibilities:
Responsible for administering services provided by the Raynor Conference Center Services which provides comfortable meeting spaces in the Beaumier Suites for the Marquette University community. Supervise the day to day operation of the Raynor Memorial Libraries Mail Services that provide mail to all offices located in the Raynor Memorial Libraries Complex. Hire, train and assist student workers in providing services within the Mailroom and Dean’s Office. As Raynor Memorial Libraries Building Facilities Supervisor I send correspondence to the Marquette University Department of Facilities Services to provide a safe, clean, healthy, comfortable environment for students, faculty, staff and visitors to our Library.
