The Marquette University Conference Services provides on campus lodging throughout the year, except during winter/ spring breaks in December and March.   • The Mashuda Hall Guest Wing, 1926 W. Wisconsin Avenue, features double occupancy rooms for one night to several weeks.
  • Extensive lodging in Marquette residence halls is available between late May and mid-August.

Near Campus

Ambassador Hotel, 2308 W. Wisconsin Avenue.

St. Catherine Residence for women only, one mile east of Marquette University. Milwaukee County Transit buses provide convenient transportation.

The Opus Bridge, on the second floor between the Raynor and Memorial Libraries, provides cappuccino/ espresso, bagels, pastry, and salads when classes are in session, Monday-Thursday, 10:00 A.M.-10:00 P.M. and Friday, 10:00 A.M.-2:00 P.M. The Bridge also includes an ATM (automated teller or "cash" machine), which is the nearest one to Special Collections and Archives.

Alumni Memorial Union and Union Sports Annex. The Alumni Memorial Union, located one half block north of Raynor Library, includes a coffee shop (first floor), cafeteria (second floor), and formal dining (second floor).

Special Services for Parking and Pedestrians

Visitors with handicaps: Level Two of Parking Structure One (northeast corner adjacent to the elevator) provides the nearest parking that is designed to accommodate visitors with handicaps. Special Collections and Archives is approximately three blocks to the Southeast via N. 16 Street and W. Wisconsin Ave. Visitors desiring valet parking should discuss this need with Archives staff at least 24-hours in advance.

Department of Public Safety Special Services:

Emergency Motorist Assistance: Marquette University public safety officers provide assistance with lockouts and jump-starts.

Safety Escort Services: Special Marquette University students provide a L.I.M.O. van service throughout the campus area. Visitors to Special Collections and Archives, who are not affiliated with Marquette, must arrange this service with Archives staff at least 24-hours in advance.

Worship

Church of the Gesu, 1145 W. Wisconsin Avenue.

Congregation of the Great Spirit, 1050 W. Lapham Boulevard; inculturated Sunday Mass attracts visitors from throughout North America.
