Order Form for Reproduction of Audiovisual Materials
Instructions for Ordering
- This order form is designed to be used for all audiovisual reproduction requests from the Department of Special Collections and Archives.
- Your order will be directed to the archivist who most closely deals with the items requested for reproduction. Please complete all fields as completely as possible so that the archivist will be able to complete your order or contact you with any questions.
- Individuals interested in publishing reproduced items from the Department of Special Collections and Archives must also complete our Application for Printing, Publication and Exhibition.
- If the proportions of the original image do not allow for the exact dimensions at the requested print size, the archivist will crop the image accordingly, maintaining the central details.
- Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Rush orders (4-5 days) are available for an additional $20 within the continental U.S.
- The minimum billing charge for all orders is $10. We do not accept credit cards. Please make your check or money order payable to Marquette University (Federal EIN #39-080-6251).
- Do not send payment at this time. You will be invoiced at the time your order is sent to you, after which we ask that you remit payment within 20 business days.
